Project Coordinator / Administrator (AU IT MSP, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the Australian marketing industry.
  • Experience marketing to IT MSP client base a plus.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Teamwork.com or similar.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

Nice to Have:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project needs.

  • Project Management: Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and adherence to scope using Teamwork.com.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and handling scope changes.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, recordkeeping, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Inbox & Calendar Management: Manage shared inboxes, management calendars, prioritizing emails and scheduling appointments efficiently.
