Short Description

Reporting up through the nursing AVP for Professional Practice, Quality and Innovation, the clinical educator is a member of a dynamic team of masters prepared nurses with a focus on innovative and evidence-based practices that support clinical team members transition to practice as well as ongoing professional development in their individualized units or specialty.

Experience Required

  • At least 3 years nursing clinical practice in direct patient care required.

Education Requirements

  • Masters Required; MSN preferred

License/Certification Requirements

  • NJ RN license required
  • AHA BLS required
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire
