About the Role

Are you a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and building relationships? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CORE, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in driving new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify leads, setting up our sales closers for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage and nurture warm and cold leads to generate interest and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule sales demos for qualified prospects 
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot) to track leads and progress
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals related to lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline development
