Cox Automotive is hiring a Financial Analysis, Manager. The role will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. It will lead the reporting and analysis for Cox Automotive's cash flow, net-working capital, incentive compensation and corporate operations.KEYS TO SUCCESS:• Analytical mindset with knowledge of Cox Auto's business (especially Inventory Solutions and NextGear)• Strong understanding of accounting principles and all 3 key financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement)• Strong people-leadership and ability to develop an analyst• Ability to partner effectively across the FP&A organizationRESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead one Senior Financial Analyst• Perform reporting & analysis of consolidated Cox Automotive's cash flow and net-working capital• Drive improved cash-flow performance by partnering with AR/AP leadership• Lead reporting & analysis of Cox Automotive's incentive compensation• Own forecasting, budgeting, reporting & analysis for Cox Automotive's Corporate Operations• Support ad-hoc analyses as neededQUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with 6+ years of relevant professional work experience. A candidate may have a Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.• Outstanding analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity• Strong understanding of all 3 key financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement)• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:• Demonstrated strength in people leadership• Knowledge of Cox Auto's business• Strength in crafting executive-level presentations• Experience using OneStreamUSD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
