Junior Campaign Specialist, Professional Services

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our Manages Services team at CreatorIQ! If you are someone who has keen attention to detail, a dedication to aiding customers, and the drive to make a meaningful contribution, you might just be the perfect addition to our team. As a Jr. Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving campaigns forward for industry-leading brands in the worlds of influencer and affiliate marketing.

What You Will Do:

  • Work alongside our Managed Services team, contributing to the development and execution of customer campaigns.

  • Set up campaigns in accordance with customer strategies, including templating emails, custom campaign pages, and maintaining project trackers.

  • Negotiate with and onboard potential creators that align with customer brand values and campaign objectives.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between creators, their representatives, and customers.

  • Assist in managing creator agreements and ensure high-quality content delivery while adhering to customer budgets.

  • Play an active role in customer discussions, offering updates and assisting in presenting data-informed insights.

  • Utilize tools like CreatorIQ, Awin, Commission Junction, and Impact Radius.

  • Manage routine tasks associated with affiliate programs, such as verifying link/code accuracy, tracking conversions, and ensuring proper attribution.

  • Share insights, learnings, and feedback with the team to collaboratively refine processes and strengthen campaign outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization in campaign execution workflows.

Who You Are and What You'll Need for This Position:

  • 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, covering creator discovery, outreach, campaign management, and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with using CreatorIQ as a CRM and campaign management tool (preferred but training will be provided).

  • You're comfortable using various affiliate marketing tools or platforms (or have the aptitude to learn quickly). Awin, Commission Junction, and/or Impact Radius knowledge is a plus.

  • While you're ready to dive into strategy, you're also willing to manage the nitty-gritty tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly.

  • You have great organization skills and are detail-oriented and timely in addressing customer needs and deadlines.

  • You can efficiently juggle different tasks, from brainstorming campaign ideas to ensuring affiliate links are correctly tracked.

  • You collaborate well with others but are also proactive independently.

  • You are Keen on staying informed about industry best-practices and integrating them into customer projects.
