Our client, New York’s premier boutique real estate law firm, is seeking four attorneys with 3+, 5+, 10+, and 20+ years of experience to join its Litigation Practice Group.

Candidates must have comprehensive litigation experience, from pleadings to trial in New York State Supreme Court or federal courtsAppellate experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to manage all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation, including:

  • Drafting initial pleadings
  • Handling discovery
  • Researching and drafting motions
  • Conducting depositions
  • Arguing motions in court

For the junior attorney position, we seek a self-starter eager to make strategic decisions, gain substantial courtroom experience, and develop client relationships from day one. Real estate and trial experience are a plus.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

This position offers unlimited growth and earning potential through the firm’s Revenue Sharing Plan, which provides:

  • One-third of collected revenue from the attorney’s billed hours
  • 20% bonus for introducing new clients to the firm
  • Annual salary paid semi-monthly, with additional bonuses if collected revenue exceeds salary
  • No billable hour requirement and unlimited earning potential

Additionally, attorneys receive supplementary revenue based on the business they bring in. Attorneys at any level who introduce new business receive a participation share in addition to their one-third revenue share from billed and collected hours.
