We are looking for a skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team at the Fermi Nuclear Power Plant in Newport, MI. This role involves serving as a key liaison between the client and a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the successful execution of modification packages at the plant. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
You will act as the primary field representative, managing engineering activities and guiding a team of engineers and designers. Your role includes enforcing company and project policies, planning and overseeing work to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals. You will supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor daily activities to identify and resolve potential issues. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to clients and management.
