About the Role (your why)
As Practice Manager - Portfolio, Program, and Projects, you will be a strategic leader within Datacom tasked with driving growth, innovation, and ultimately commercial success in a market-facing proposition. In this role, you will take a pivotal position within our collaborative leadership team, growing and shaping the portfolio, programs, and projects to deliver exceptional outcomes for our Customers in Western Australia.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take responsibility for growing a high-performing team, creating strategic relationships with customers, managing financial outcomes, and combining your deep Portfolio, Program and Project technical expertise with strong commercial awareness to craft, position, and deliver our project services.
Our Datacom office is based in Perth, and we like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
