Stellenbeschreibung

  • Betreuung der Geschäftskunden von der Auftragsbestätigung bis zur Anschluss-Aktivierung inkl. Sicherstellung der Beantwortung sämtlicher Rückfragen bzgl. der Aktivierung des Anschlusses
  • Nachverfolgung des Baustatus und des Aktivierungsprozesses sowie die proaktive Kommunikation und der stetige Austausch mit dem Kunden
  • Tiefgehendes technisches Fachwissen zur Sicherstellung einer souveränen Beratung von Geschäftskunden
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu weiteren Unternehmensbereichen um die Kunden-Aktivierung auch bei unerwarteten Herausforderungen sicherzustellen
  • Systemseitige Erfassung von Projektkunden-Aufträgen
  • Kontinuierliche Prozess-Optimierungen und Einhaltung definierter Abläufe

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse und idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Geschäftskunden
  • Affinität zu technischen und IT-lastigen Themen sowie Berufserfahrung in einem techniknahen Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Einwandfreie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange)
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit intensiven Kundenorientierung
