• Manages rate of participant non-compliance
• Holds weekly team meetings
• Schedules individual supervision sessions with staff quarterly
• Participates in monthly unit meetings
• Ensures ongoing and open communication with staff and peers
• Ensures application process for federal disability is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract
• Reviews comprehensive service plans
• Ensures that TDSs are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self-sufficiency
• Manages Equus WORCS invoicing data system; monitor funding and ensure all obligations are within available levels for Adult and Dislocate Worker
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience
