As a Principal UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the "Talent" domain within our Global Talent Management Center of Excellence. Your mission will be to craft a seamless and unified experience for both employees and managers throughout the entire talent lifecycle. From enhancing selection processes to refining performance management, talent management, and career development, your innovative designs will simplify and elevate the user experience.

Position Responsibilities:
Translate business and product requirements into actionable design solutions by conducting user research
Use insights to create user-centric designs that address real user needs and align with product goals
Develop prototypes and design interfaces using user-centered design principles
Ensure all designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with broader organizational objectives and product strategies
Plan and execute usability testing sessions with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine designs
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the final user experience supports business goals and enhances product usability
Create and manage design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products
Update design systems based on user feedback and evolving design standards
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure seamless integration of design elements into the development process
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team
Keep up to date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and techniques
Seek opportunities to improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the overall user experience
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions
5+ years of experience in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
5+ years of experience with geographically spread teams across time zones
3+ years of experience designing products using user-centered design methodologies
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Certification in UX design or related fields (e.g., UXQB, NN/g)
Experience leading UX within a Human Resources function and/or large, global organization
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with standards and guidelines, such as WCAG 2.1
Experience working in a SaaS (Software as a Service) or tech-driven environment
Experience with communicating and presenting articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
