ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re seeking a creative, resourceful, and hands-on graphic designer to bring our brand to life visually. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to craft high-converting, on-brand visuals across digital touchpoints, including emails, ads, landing pages, and social media. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working on a variety of design projects, and want to have a real impact, this is the role for you! 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Design engaging graphics for social media, amazon, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content. 
  • Assist in designing marketing materials such as ads, infographics, and product packaging. 
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging. 
  • Stay on top of design trends and continuously optimize our visual branding. 
  • Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times. 

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or related. 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple mediums. 
  • Direct experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. 
  • A scrappy, problem-solving mindset—comfortable with both ideation and execution. 
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team. 
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory. 

BONUS SKILLS 

  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics. 
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools. 
  • Basic photography and/or photo editing skills. 
  • Passion for health and wellness branding.

Primal Harvest offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
