Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00We are seeking an experienced Email/Push Marketing Specialist to help drive channel adoption, engagement, and buyer frequency via email and push marketing. At Reverb, we’re bringing our mission to life through authentic, customer-centric marketing campaigns and building deep relationships with music gear retailers and manufacturers. We are constantly exploring new ways to acquire, activate, and retain buyers and sellers.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in crafting and executing email & push marketing campaigns, user segmentation, data analysis and reporting, and personalization. The Email/Push Marketing Specialist will collaborate with Reverb’s programming, business development, and other segments of the Operations team to drive channel engagement and buyer frequency through content optimization, segmentation, automation, and product improvements.
This is a full-time position located in Chicago, IL reporting to the Sr. Content Manager. Our hybrid work model offers flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the Chicago office location 4+ times per month.
Execute our email, push, and journey-based communications programs, scaling across multiple audiences and markets.
Quality assure and proof campaigns and journeys to ensure compliance with briefs, accurate tracking, programming guidelines, content strategy, and evolving standard methodologies.
Develop testing and experimentation framework for audience segmentation, content promotion, send frequency & cadence.
Deliver reporting, insights, and forecasts to improve future programs and prioritize all aspects of the CRM roadmap.
3+ years of email/push marketing experience, including CRM/multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies and customer-centric personalization.
Knowledge and passion for musical instruments and music gear.
Deep understanding of GDPR/CAN-SPAM/CASL requirements, HTML, email design standards, and inbox deliverability.
Familiarity with CRMs and Customer Data Platforms.
Successful implementation of high impact email/push marketing strategies to increase buyer LTV and engagement.
Strong analytical skills using user-level data and email and push marketing attribution to form hypotheses, and drive innovation of our programs through experimentation.
Agile and collaborative teammate with strong critical thinking, problem solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, excellent communications skills, and bias toward action anticipating the evolving marketing arena.
You have experience working with various Email Service Providers (ESPs) and managing email/push campaigns. *Preferred: You have worked in the Braze marketing automation platform*
