Operations Manager, Overnight
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and training in warehouse functional areas
- Lead a team of area managers and warehouse personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure team success
- Establish and maintain coordination of activities and information sharing
- Maintain a safe work environment and compliance with regulations
- Expand operations to maximize throughput while maintaining culture
- Safeguard warehouse operations and inventory
- Constantly seek ways to improve efficiency, quality & cost control
- Submit accurate reports, attend meetings, and drive company goals
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
