Job Description

 

  • Perform mammalian cell culture passaging/ splitting, continuous maintenance, & cell counting
  • Use micro pipettes for precise readings in cell-based assays & plate-based assays (ELISA, Alphalisa)
  • Maintain electronic lab notebooks & GMP complaint record keeping
  • Work on new method development as well as optimize existing methods
  • Successful candidates are adaptable/flexible to dynamic method development settings,  to accomodate quick changes in protocols

Qualifications

Relevant Masters with 1+ year pharmaceutical industry experience, PhD is preferred.

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Understanding of molecular and cell biology, experience with cell-based assays, ELISA/plate-based assays are required
  • Accurate pipetting skills and aseptic technique required
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Additional Information

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed and the potential for some off shift hours as dependent on project. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
