We are seeking a highly motivated, process driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with key accounts crucial to our long-term growth objectives. You will leverage industry insights, utilize cutting-edge sales technology, and apply your strong prospecting skills to build relationships with key decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to the team's success.

You will be joining the Business Development team and reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Development. The team culture is one based on building trust, collaboration, on-going development through kindness, authenticity, courage, drive, and fun!
This BDR will support our West Coast territories and will need to work Pacific Time hours. This role is largely remote, but travel may be required at least once a month to support Evolv’s in-territory trade shows and events.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$80,000 + commission plan + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
