Sales Trainer for an established Outbound Marketing Agency

I am looking to hire a sales trainer to take over the following functions: - Onboard salespeople... - Manage 1:1’s with the existing sales team We have been around for 8 years and have a well-oiled machine. Onboarding and training: All salespeople go through 1 week of training (which is pre-recorded workshops they handle on their own time) and answer questions. We have never had a salesperson go through training and not close deals. We are looking to onboard 2-3 new people every month and grow our team. 1:1s We have a plethora of data on our team and the goal of the 1:1 is to review the pipeline, go over metrics, and talk about strategies. 1:1s are 20 minutes and weekly. What I am looking for? Someone with experience as a sales trainer and can dedicate ~5-8 hours per week working with the team. You will become the point person for all new hires and the current team. Although you will be walking into a proven process, I’d like someone to look at everything and share their opinion. What makes our team unique? The entire team is remote, and the entire sales team works part-time. This is about motivating a sales team while respecting we are not their sole employer. What our company does: We build and execute outbound sales strategies for small companies as a business. Our clients are business owners who have always relied on referrals for growth. They don't have the time or desire to do sales themselves. That's why they work with us. Our team sells outsourced sales solutions to business owners of 15-person or smaller companies. Our deals close quickly, in anywhere from 1-10 days. This would be a long-term project. Required Experience: - 3+ years sales training experience - Experience closing over the phone - Experience closing over email (after the pitch, email follow-ups are needed to close) - Experience selling to smaller businesses, specifically to business owners - Experience selling services (as opposed to products
