Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Remote


We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager based in the US to spearhead our client acquisition efforts and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the US market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in business development in the SaaS or professional services space.


Responsibilities and Duties
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities in the US.
  • Develop a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.
Client Acquisition:
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other platforms.
  • Build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's US client base.
Partnership Building:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and understand their operational needs.
  • Forge and maintain partnerships with SaaS and professional service companies.
Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system and prepare sales forecasts.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and opportunities.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of business development experience in SaaS or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and client requirements.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms.
