Finni is looking for a part-time BT/RBT!
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient's families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community
Collect and record data on child behaviors
Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
Attend team meetings

What You'll Need
Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
Reliable Transportation
Must have an active CPR Certification
Must be willing to become RBT certified within specific time frame
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
