Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician at Finni Health, your primary responsibilities include providing in-home behavior intervention services, collecting and recording data on children's behaviors, and collaborating closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll work one-on-one with children, helping them learn new skills and reach developmental milestones while engaging with their families to provide consistent support.

To become a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician at Finni Health, you should have at least a high-school diploma or equivalent. While certification as an RBT is preferred, you're encouraged to become certified within a specified timeframe after hiring. Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, and an active CPR certification are also required.

At Finni Health, Behavior Technicians have a flexible part-time schedule. The work typically occurs during weekdays, specifically Monday to Friday. We prioritize accommodating your availability, with specific time slots like T-Th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM often available, ensuring you can balance personal commitments while making an impact in children's lives.
