Position Overview

We are hiring a Market Development Manager Single Use Technologies. The Market Deveopment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics to grow business revenue.

 

Ttis position will support the US market.

Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support the development and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the Single Use Technologies (SUT) business, at both the business and portfolio levels, to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Craft differentiated value propositions, market positioning, and messaging to elevate brand awareness and portfolio relevance.
  • Support demand generation programs with a focus on marketing qualified leads, pipeline growth, sales velocity, and revenue generation.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize demand-generation and ensure return on investment.
  • Support market research initiatives to uncover customer needs and market trends, synthesizing these insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Partner with product management, R&D, and sales teams to support new product introductions, sales enablement, and ensure alignment of business priorities with marketing strategies.
  • Act as a key customer advocate, engaging directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate these into strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate closely within the global market development team on global campaigns and programs.
  • Gather, share and leverage knowledge of the trends and competitive landscape to develop strategies to win in dynamic markets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and demotrate a high return on investment.
  Required Skills/Education 
  • Bachelor's degree required, Life Sciences area preferred.
  •  5+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences market, preferably with direct experience in the single Use Technologies (SUT).
  • Proven expertise in developing and driving comprehensive marketing strategies, value propositions, and portfolio messaging.
  • Proven track record to lead market research projects and leverage insights to drive business growth.
  • Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline development, with measurable success in driving revenue.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing investments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working closely with market development, product management, R&D, and sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Recombinant Growth Factors ecosystem and market trends.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Committed, diligent, and emotionally resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 

Salary and Benefits:

  • For California, the base hourly range for this position is $85,876 - $111,935 annually. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
