The estimated total compensation for Certified Personal Coaches at GOLFTEC ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year. This includes a base hourly rate, monthly commissions, as well as performance-based bonuses. There is also a $1,000 signing bonus awarded after successful completion of the GOLFTEC University training program.
