As Partnerships Lead at Greenlite, you'll spearhead our partnership strategy with banking infrastructure providers, compliance software vendors, and industry consultancies. Your mission is to build and scale a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates our market presence and enhances our product offering. You'll identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive mutual value and strengthen Greenlite's position in the financial crime prevention space.
Design and execute our partnership strategy across banking infrastructure, compliance software, and consulting partners
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing partner organizations
Create and implement partner enablement programs, including training materials, documentation, and certification processes
Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners
Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive mutual value
Work closely with our product team to ensure partner integrations are seamless and add meaningful value
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention
Strategic thinkers who can identify and execute on partnership opportunities that drive long-term value
Relationship builders who excel at navigating complex organizations and stakeholder management
Self-starters who can build processes and programs from the ground up

5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership programs
Experience working with banking infrastructure providers, compliance software vendors, or consulting firms
Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory landscape
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
Experience creating and executing partner enablement programs
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Willingness to be based in San Francisco with travel as needed
