YOUR TEAM
The scope of the broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (e.g. Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).
With a team of almost 50 people, covering all crafts across the agency, we have the privilege of working with some of the country’s smartest marketers on a number of the world’s most successful and innovative brands.
This particular squad focus on one of our market leading FMCG clients.
YOUR ROLE

The I&A Manager - Performance is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and responsible for driving day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
Collaborating closely with your Director, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.
As a Performance specialist within the I&A team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional Social, Amazon and Programmatic (Video + Display) outcomes for clients.
This role also provides the opportunity to be a market lead, with access to global and local alpha and beta testing.

- Collaborate closely with your manager to identify, collate and showcase examples of great work from within the team, both internally and externally.
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To excel in this role, you’ll be a team player and have a good understanding of the different responsibilities of your peers in order to collaborate effectively, as well as;

- Strong Social experience at a bare minimum.
- Amazon and Programmatic ideally, but we can support your development.
