About The Role:

cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking an organized and proactive Human Resource Specialist to join their corporate office in North Bethesda, MD. This position will provide comprehensive support to their Human Resources Manager, assisting in employee management, benefits administration, timekeeping coordination, and operations support. Additionally, this role will support all internal recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address related inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and administration of fringe benefits, including education reimbursements and other non-automatic benefits.
  • Support HR Manager in ensuring timely completion of employee timesheets, addressing and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS); previous HRIS experience is highly desirable.
  • Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws and assist in ensuring company compliance.
  • Provide general support to HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR operations, business operations, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with BambooHR is a plus.
  • SHRM/HRCI preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Due to the nature of our government contracts, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
