Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join their dynamic team with experience working within the hospitality sector.

In this role, you will define and prioritise product features, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

You will also be responsible for implementing Agile principles to facilitate iterative development processes.

  • Define and prioritise product features based on market research, customer feedback,and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organised, up-to-date, and reflects current priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritise backlog items.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are represented in the product development process.
  • Implement and advocate for agile principles within the product development team.
  • Facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement processes.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product ideas.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and engagement.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance and development progress.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience working in the hospitality sector.
  • Any experience in the Restaurant, Online Retail or POS industry (desirable)
  • Strong experience working within an Agile environment, with demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams and a Lean-Agile mindset.
  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mural etc.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
