The Role

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels

• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

• Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner

• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement

• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner

• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice

• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools.

About You

We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.

• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience

• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management

• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)

• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology

• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
