Construction Safety Risk Consulting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Strategy team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Workforce Strategy practice has a multitude of specialties, including Health & Safety/ Life Safety, Ergonomics, Transportation/ Fleet Safety, Behavioral, and Industry Expertise. As a Construction Safety Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of experts and clients to address construction-related risks and enhance client safety outcomes.

Construction Safety Consultant

We will count on you to:

  • Manage complex projects to deliver exceptional results for clients.

  • Lead continuous risk improvement initiatives in construction safety, including assessment, creation, implementation, and monitoring of customized solutions.

  • Monitor client performance through program assessments and data analytics.

  • Independently develop large project proposals to expand clientele and innovate construction safety consulting solutions.

  • Travel up to 70% to work closely with clients in the field.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Safety management

  • Knowledge of advanced safety technologies.

  • Ability to travel up to 70% to work with clients in the field.
