You will leverage growth strategies, data, and automation to lead our go-to-market (GTM) motion for Instawork Hiring. Your work will involve close collaboration with our Sales and Product teams to craft repeatable and scalable growth systems designed to boost prospecting and demand generation. We pride ourselves on being data-driven and innovative, making it essential for you to have a strong foundation in growth marketing and a tech-savvy mindset. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing at a high-growth B2B tech company, you’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive demand generation strategies, automating pipeline processes, and experimenting to convert target customer pipelines into steady revenue streams.
