Foundry Product Engineer

Job Details:

Job Description: 

1. Collaborate with foundry suppliers to qualify technologies and products, addressing design requirements and facilitating the transition to volume manufacturing. 2. Be the center of the problem-solving process, resolving engineering issues, investigating customer returns, and implementing strategies to improve yield. 3. Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders, including business units, design groups, product engineering, and operations departments, as well as external foundry suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery. 4. Independently lead taskforces composed of members from various functional teams to address and solve complex problems. 5. Analyze product yield loss or circuit malfunctions and manage the disposal of problematic wafers.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of working experience in Product Engineering, Foundry Process Integration, or Device Engineering in the semiconductor field.
2. Being familiar with silicon foundry advanced node process (beyond 5nm) and semiconductor yield and diagnostics analysis is a must. Experience in leading foundry technology is highly preferred.
3. Good at the problem-solving process and task force management. With strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Team player, good inter-people relationship, and self-motivated.
5. Being familiar with analysis tools JMP, and Yield Explorer. Scripting capability is a plus.
