Foster strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams including architecture, verification, and structural design to transform innovative ideas into reality.
Develop and implement industry-leading RTL design methodologies and best practices.
Conduct design reviews and provide actionable technical guidance to the team.
Ensure that designs exceed performance, power, and area targets.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in design processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of hands-on experience in RTL design or pre-silicon verification, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact projects.
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
Proven success in transforming concepts into silicon, with a portfolio of high-performance SoC projects.
Strong technical expertise in RTL and pre-silicon verification, with a focus on synthesis, timing analysis, and power optimization.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Synopsys and Cadence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in RTL design or pre-silicon verification, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact projects.
Knowledge of formal verification techniques.
Understanding of low-power design methodologies and their impact on performance.
Expertise in clocking and mixed signal IP development with a focus on scalability and power efficiency.
Experience with AI-driven methodologies and applications in digital design.
