Here is some of what you will do:

Client Relationship Management

  • Foster and grow the relationship with the client through effective service delivery.
  • Identify and communicate new opportunities to expand our service offerings.
  • Maintain focus on client relationships at all levels, including National OS, NRE, OSMs, and MOLs.
  • Deepen relationships with On-Site Managers (OSMs) to improve survey metrics.
  • Transition from tactical delivery to strategic support of the client.

Project and Service Delivery

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and commitments, delivering on time and budget.
  • Leverage appropriate JLL resources and expertise for specific projects.
  • Achieve and maintain contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage all work through the JLL work order system.
  • Oversee multiple facilities with diverse functions
  • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Improve overall team effectiveness and enhance communications.
  • Provide leadership for client initiatives.
  • Monitor team workload and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver real-time constructive feedback to the Regional Facility Manager and team members to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.

Financial Management

  • Conduct financial analysis, including monthly variance reports.
  • Create and manage operational and annual capital budgets.
  • Implement cost-reducing initiatives
  • Ensure accurate metrics and reporting with improved data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI).

Office Relocations

  • Overseeing all phases of large-scale facility relocations, from initial feasibility studies to post-move evaluations.
  • Developing plans to minimize employee downtime and maintain productivity throughout the relocation process.
  • Managing the readiness of new spaces, including buildouts, renovations, and facility modifications.
  • Working closely with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to align relocation efforts with organizational goals.
  • potential relocation risks and implementing backup strategies to avoid disruptions.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Provide innovative recommendations to the client, leveraging JLL Idea-Stream and platform resources.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with landlords.
  • Ensure all responses and communications to the client are thorough and complete.

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong acumen in data analysis and reporting and budget management
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery
  • Experience with facilities management software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience overseeing all phases of large-scale facility relocations, from initial feasibility studies to post-move evaluations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
