Whether it’s through training, securing unique lines of coverage or developing new resources, we are dedicated to be at the forefront to make a difference for our clients.Job DetailsThe Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to commercial insurance clients by handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and managing renewals. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.Key ResponsibilitiesClient InteractionRespond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information and assistance related to commercial insurance policies.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Policy ManagementProcess policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.Quoting and ProposalsAssist in preparing quotes and proposals for new and existing clients.Collaborate with underwriters to obtain competitive pricing and coverage options.Claims AssistanceGuide clients through the claims process, providing support and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with claims adjusters and underwriters as needed.Documentation and Record KeepingMaintain accurate and organized client files and records.Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Regulatory Requirements.Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.Team CollaborationWork closely with producers, account managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Insurance licensing as required by state regulations.Interested in hearing more?
