Commercial Construction Superintendent

A growing commercial construction company based in Georgia is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join the team. Founded by industry veterans with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for a talented leader to help build the commercial presence across the region. The Commercial Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial projects throughout Georgia and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow
  • Enforce and maintain safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards
  • Manage construction schedules, budgets, and daily reports
  • Lead and motivate construction teams to foster a positive work environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
  • Travel to job sites within a 200-mile radius of Georgia

  • Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
