Payables Specialist

As a Payables Specialist at Kimley-Horn, your primary responsibilities will include processing vendor and sub-consultant invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payments, and reviewing expense reports. To ensure accuracy in accounts payable, I double-check invoices against purchase orders and verify coding with the general ledger. I also maintain organized records and regularly communicate with vendors and the team to avoid discrepancies.
