Kopis is currently seeking an Account Executive Team Lead with experience selling ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be a sales leader with a proven track record for finding and developing strategic clients and driving the engine of sales. We’re looking for someone with deep understanding of ERP Solution selling, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, its offerings and how to bring value through consulting services. This is a player/coach role in which you’ll be expected to not only drive ERP sales, but to lead a cross-departmental team of AM and AE professionals.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
-Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
-Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other proactive outreach strategies.
Leadership and Management:
-Mentoring, coaching and developing AM and AE talent and fostering a culture of learning, growth and accountability
-Enabling healthy team chemistry with strong collaboration and maintaining a “no drama” environment
-Overseeing the continued improvement, documentation, implementation and proper execution of established methodology, processes and standards that culminate in successful sales cycles
-Providing humble leadership that empowers your team to grow and become more independent
Client Needs Analysis:
-Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and goals.
-Collaborate with Technical Architects to translate client requirements into customized software solutions.
Solution Presentation:
-Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits and value proposition of our software solutions.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
-Prepare detailed proposals outlining the proposed software solutions, pricing, and terms.
-Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring a right-sized solution for the customer and that the Kopis team is set up for success.
Relationship Building:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
-Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence:
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
-Use market intelligence to position our software solutions effectively and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
