This role acts as a technical point of contact for information systems supporting Human Resources planning and operations. The position requires close collaboration with HR specialists to ensure the effective development and maintenance of processes and tools, promoting a more efficient organization aligned with HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical point of contact for information systems that support HR functions;
Collaboration with HR specialists to ensure alignment between technology and business processes;
Development and maintenance of integrations between HR systems and platforms;
Process improvement and automation, aiming for greater operational efficiency;
Implementation of system enhancements and new features for HR systems;
Management of system security and access controls related to HR information systems;
Development of reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making;
Partnering with HR business units, providing additional support when needed.
English fluency is mandatory;
ADP System - desirable;
Availability to travel;
Availability to stay in Cravinhos - SP, 1 week per month.
Location: Jardim do Mar - São Bernardo do Campo/SP
Working hours: From Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:18 pm. (Hybrid: 3x physically and 2x remotely).
