We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Program Director who will join our Mid-Market Advisory team in Melbourne.
Only applicants with experience in business and digital program directorship or management will be considered.
The Opportunity
As the Program Director you will be responsible for planning, managing and leading large-scale business and digital transformation programs. You will set the purpose and direction of the program and will support various workstream leads, project managers and system integrators in the execution of their respective plans, roles and responsibilities. Working closely with the KPMG and client teams you will be responsible for establishing the program management structures during mobilisation and managing programs to agreed delivery obligations of schedule, budget, scope, quality and risk. You will safeguard the linkages between the delivery of the program and the outcomes it will deliver. Under the direction of a Partner, you will be responsible for:
