About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the development and administration of our Salesforce deployment for Professional Services Automation. In this critical role, you will enhance our Salesforce platform's performance, ensure its optimal function, and promote user adoption and satisfaction.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work closely with functional leaders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes. You will be responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You will also play a key role in ensuring that all supported applications and integrations are available 24/7 to all users.
You will be recognised as a respected and proactive Subject Matter Expert, specialising in the Salesforce/Certinia platform, providing continuity of service, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous improvement.
