Front of House Coordinator

The opportunity:
  • We are seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of front office functions and deliver high standards of client service to both internal and external stakeholders.


Day to day you will:
  • Professional Reception Service: Welcome and guide visitors, ensure visitor health and safety requirements are met, and address any needs they may have while in the building.
  • Telephone Management: Attend to the national KPMG telephone line, responding to callers effectively.
  • First-Point-of-Contact Service: Coordinate deliveries, manage beverage requests, and oversee security access for internal staff and Partners.
  • Room Booking Management: Maintain room bookings, resolve booking conflicts, and coordinate with other Office Operations staff.
  • Supporting Office Operations: Assist the wider Office Operations team with various duties and cover roles during staff absences.
  • Facility Management: Ensure rooms and facilities are presented and maintained to professional standards. 


About you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills including use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to adapt and support the team when needed (some heavy lifting required).
  • Superior personal presentation.
  • Fast to adapt to new tools and systems – proficient with technology and AV equipment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and strong collaboration skills.
