This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:• Participate in the implementation, administration as well as support of Entra ID and Active Directory solutions and systems• Handle Entra ID tenant and AD domain administration (Events, Incidents and Requests) based on a defined, ticket-driven service catalog• Write or modify scripts to provision directory, as well as cloud resources and automate repetitive tasks wherever practical• Optimize existing and identify new opportunities for monitoring, logging and management metrics to improve operational effectiveness and customer knowledge• Work in teams to solve challenging problems involving system and environment internals, to provide solutions that are simple to use but can be customized to meet customer needs• Provide tier two troubleshooting support; investigate user escalation calls, finding optimum solutions for both users and the firmQualifications:• Minimum three years of recent experience with Entra ID, Enterprise Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Windows server OS, network protocols and related technologies; extensive understanding of Azure cloud technologies• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred• Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts, application infrastructure and standards, networking fundamentals, Windows, Physical Server architecture, and Virtualization Technologies (such as VMware, Cisco UCS)• Ability to provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical Windows and software updates, as well as vulnerability issues• Strong verbal/written communication with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to work weekends and nights for maintenance windows and on-call rotation• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
