Way4 Technical Analyst

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are seeking a skilled Way4 Technical Analyst with expertise in Openway’s WAY4 switching and card management system (CMS). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the WAY4 platform while supporting issuing and acquiring business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless card transactions, manage system configurations, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • WAY4 System Expertise: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Openway’s WAY4 switching and CMS platform for card issuing and acquiring.
  • Issuing & Acquiring Support: Provide technical support for issuing and acquiring business processes, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
  • Card Business Operations: Leverage knowledge of the card business to analyze workflows, optimize performance, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Defect Tracking & Resolution: Utilize mainstream defect tracking tools to monitor, document, and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and operational teams to ensure system stability and enhancements.
