The Data & Analytics Manager will drive Kraft Heinz data-based business initiatives, strategic development, and supply chain efficiencies via the Customer Supply Chain team supporting our largest retail partner. The position will lead a consumer obsessed business structure organized around our vast access to retailer, syndicated, and point of sale data to drive mutually sustainable growth. This includes structuring solutions and uncovering opportunities from our newly integrated data set.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Engineer end to end solutions bringing creativity and expertise to business challenges.
Analyze business requirements, review existing integrations, define the solution, and translate that into detailed designs and tools.
Collaborate and coordinate with data science, business intelligence, and design technical areas to build scalable and reliable data architecture and automation that best serve business needs.
Serve as an integral member of our Logistics Digital Supply Chain team (Agile pod) through identifying and solving sophisticated challenges using retailer data
Evangelize the value of data-driven decision-making and data literacy.
Quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be primary area of expertise.
Perform complex system design, develop interfaces, debug, and trouble-shoot technical activities to complete projects.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
