We understand that while work is just one aspect of who we are, a truly inclusive culture accounts for the full authenticity of every single human being that works here.About the OpportunityLooking For• We're looking for a collaborative, passionate and upbeat person who will support our internal teams and customers by driving business value through the adoption and expansion of Salsify across their organizations in a “hands-on” techno-functional specialist role.• As a POPS (Platform OPerationS) specialist you'll work with other client-facing teams and also directly with our customers internationally to meet each of their unique and growing business demands.• You will partner with other Salsify teams (either as part of a project implementation team or in support of our clients during the RUN phase) to deliver an outstanding experience for each of our customers.How You'll Make an Impact:• Working with other members of the Professional Services teams to implement the SupplierXM platform’s data model artifacts (product information attributes, product data validation rules, etc.) for best-in-class delivery.• Working with the Customer Success teams to enhance and adjust the SupplierXM platform’s data model artifacts during the RUN phase according to our customer needs.• Partnering with the Customer Success and product (GDSN) teams to build regular communications about data model changes, and smoothly deliver the corresponding artifact releases.• Helping the Customer Success team in their discussions with the clients who want to go further in the usage of the platform and product data.• Continuously assessing how we are doing things, and working at increasing the efficiency of the team through more industrialization with better tooling and processes.• Produce assigned deliverables, regular communication and reporting• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure customers are set up to achieve their established metrics and goals.• Drive a consistent positive experience with internal and external stakeholders by guiding and bringing others along• Collaborating with the Customer Support and R&D teams for solving data model related issues and configuration problems in the production environment, and making sure our clients get the service they pay for.You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:• Passion for making customers successful and excited to work in a customer-centric environment• Experience problem solving and can take different approaches to all sorts of challenges, whether they be technical, organizational, internal, customer, or personal• Curiosity and willingness to learning with the ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of knowledge• Experience navigating the complexities large enterprise clients face when launching a new platform and proficiency integrating data source systems such as PIMs or ERPs with eCommerce platforms are a bonusWhat we're looking for in you:• You like puzzles or brain-teasers, your family and teammates come to you for any tech-related problem, you are a solution hunter, you are eager to learn.• Sounds like you? Please read on!• Fluent in English and French• Good relationship management and communication skills• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Familiarity with working in a global environment/culture• A logical approach, data-driven, excellent organization skills with a tendency toward looking for ways to drive operational efficiency and process improvement• Results and detail oriented• Ability to work with our clients, understand their needs, and translate them into deliverables• Ability to multitask, manage multiple activities and streams at the same time and work effectively under pressure, providing solutions in a tight deadline• Bonus - the following skills/experiences are 'nice to haves'• You speak another language (e.g. Spanish) in addition to English and French• Agile methodology understanding, Sprint planning, ITIL awareness• Experience using Jira / Confluence / Slack / GSuite• Retail knowledge (ERP, PIM, DAM, GDSN…)• Experience in a SaaS environment• Experience in data modeling & data formats (XML, JSON, CSV/XLSX, etc.)• Understanding of relational databases (SQL queries, data extraction, scripting)• Experience in general scripting (e.g. UNIX/Linux, shell, curL, etc.)Salsify loves a good success story and it would be our privilege to help write yours!
