As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will be the driving force behind the optimization of our sales team's performance and effectiveness. You’ll lead the charge in equipping our salesforce with the tools, training, and methodologies they need to excel. Together, we are dedicated to fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team by implementing best practices, innovative sales methodologies, and cutting-edge tools. What You’ll Need to Bring: 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in Sales 
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable sales performance improvements. 
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, solution selling or value-based selling. 
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for sales teams. 
  • Strong analytical mindset to analyze sales performance data and recommend actionable improvements. 
  • Advanced experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. 
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills to guide, inspire, and upskill sales professionals. 
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and implement effective solutions. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
