The International Development Team, part of the Strategy Department, is responsible for ensuring maximum local relevance of Ledger’s consumer products across global markets. With a focus on global business growth and customer satisfaction, the team drives local business outreach, amplification, internationalization, and localization efforts.

A key component of this mission is the creation and active management of Ledger’s marketing assets and content across multiple languages, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users worldwide.

This highly collaborative team of 20+ experts operates across multiple regions, including Europe, Japan, and the U.S., working closely with internal and external partners to deliver impactful, market-ready solutions. 


Your mission
  • Localization, for us, transcends mere content adaptation to target locales and audiences. It encompasses people, experiences, communication, and culture, while also involving choice, strategy, and impact. We believe in the importance of communicating effectively with both our users and internal stakeholders. Through close collaboration with them, our team can best support Ledger's overall drive and direction.
  • The Localization Manager will spearhead Web and Marketing localization projects, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Content, and Website teams to provide impactful user experiences. This role requires expertise in marketing content creation at scale across multiple languages.
  • As a highly strategic aspect of our operations, the Localization Manager role necessitates a marketing content creation expert capable of managing localization, transcreation and content creation projects for all markets supported. 
  • We are experiencing rapid growth and currently oversee more than 11 languages.


What we're looking for
  • Manage localization projects, collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Oversee and ensure the impact and relevance of copywriting and transcreation in all of Ledger's languages and markets
  • Work with content creators and copywriters to develop guidelines for global copywriting that aligns with Ledger's brand and messaging
  • Define and uphold copywriting and transcreation standards in partnership with language managers
  • Address brand-specific terminology questions and provide clear answers for each market
  • Track impact of localized content and international campaigns


Requirements
  •  Fan of crypto!Proven experience in major multi-channel campaigns’ localization across multiple markets and cultures
  • Experience with TMSs, glossary building and localization for SEO
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internationalization and localization standards and best practices Technical understanding of transcreation
  • Expert in marketing brief, voice and tone across multiple languages and cultures
  • Collaborative team player and transparent communicator 
  • English native-speaker equivalent with ideally an experience in copywriting in English
