If so, we’re looking for you!

  • Assist in maintaining and improving the documentation structure and content for ease of use, ensuring consistent tone, style, and branding across all documents.

  • Edit and revise existing documentation based on product updates and customer feedback.

  • Participate in documentation reviews with peers and senior writers to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Support the creation of UX copy to ensure user-facing content is clear, concise, and aligned with product goals.

  • Incorporate feedback from Customer Success and Support teams to address user knowledge gaps and areas of confusion.

  • Assist in video content creation by supporting the Senior Technical Writer in scripting, gathering visuals, or reviewing content for technical accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field, preferably in the software or technology industry.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in clear, concise language.

  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience creating and adapting content for different audiences or user personas

  • Eye for detail; dedication to identifying and rectifying copy inconsistencies

  • Passion for learning: you’ll need to know our product in and out!

  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence
