The Social Media Specialist is expected to work towards enhancing and building the dealership’s online presence by consistently curating and posting unique organic content across the dealership’s social media profiles. Responsible for following policies and procedures, systems and standards as set forth by their Manager. Work closely with the internal teams to escalate negative situations if such action is necessary and leverage internal creative team for content graphics. Focus on forums, tweets, images, and writing effective organic posts, or publishing positive reviews, as well as retweeting, sharing, and engaging with the social community.
The Social Media Specialist reports to the General Manager.
