**Our Average Service Advisors earn 6k - $10k/month**

If you are an Experienced Dealership Automotive Service Advisor, you already know how demanding the job can be and how important it is to consistently deliver amazing customer service.  WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of Service Advisor Experience REQUIRED, Toyota Experience, A PLUS.
  • Exceptional customer service to all customers and vendors REQUIRED.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal REQUIRED.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment REQUIRED.
  • CDK knowledge, A PLUS.
  • Bilingual, A PLUS.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
