70% - Responsible for outbound and inbound communication with exhibitors, identifying lead solutions that match exhibitor needs, processing sales, and updating records through the Exhibitor Services CRM system (EXS-CRM). Proactively contact exhibitors via outbound outreach (email/call). Determine exhibitor lead retrieval needs based on conversations about exhibitor goals, booth size, and business requirements. Fulfill, process, and update production requests for data sales orders.
30% - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of each show assigned, including any business rules or pricing that is non-standard. Oversee marketing campaigns to ensure they are executed as planned. Provide first level technical support for basic issues. Escalate higher-level issues appropriately.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Three or more years of experience in an outbound call center environment preferred.
Ability to multitask and ability to handle changing priorities.
Exceptional customer service.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with ability to persuade and promote “win-win” situations.
Strong drive for results. Must be proficient with MS Office.
