Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you'll help uphold our brand promises, ensuring that every customer's experience is friendly and welcoming. You will manage omnichannel processes, maintain store recovery standards, and meet KPIs while coaching your team to excel in their roles. From assisting with cash reconciliations and managing shrink and safety programs to planning in-store events and supporting new team members, your involvement is crucial in executing company policies and maintaining compliance. Plus, your leadership skills will shine as you train, observe, and motivate the customer experience team, fostering an environment of growth and positivity. You'll also get the chance to interact with customers, assist them in locating products, and provide creative solutions to their needs.
